Performance marketing · Marketing automation · AI

I help small teams run marketing that's measurable and mostly automated.

Hi, I'm Aviral. I work with D2C brands, small businesses and lead-generation companies — in India, the UAE and beyond — to connect their ads, tracking and data, and to use AI to take the repetitive work off their plate. From launching campaigns, to seeing what's working, to improving over time.

Working remotely with clients in India, the Middle East and internationally.

How I can help

Three things most growing teams need.

01

Launching campaigns

Setting up Google and Meta campaigns with a clear structure, sensible audiences and a simple way to test creatives — built as repeatable workflows so the next launch is quicker.

02

Seeing what's working

Making sure every sale, lead or booking is tracked properly, so you can see which campaigns are actually paying off — without building reports by hand every week.

03

Improving over time

Using AI to review performance, spot unusual changes and suggest what to try next. The routine checks get automated; the important decisions stay with you and me.

How it fits together

One connected setup, built step by step.

Instead of managing campaigns, reports and data separately, I try to connect them so each part feeds the next. AI helps with analysis and routine work; you and I make the decisions.

  1. 01

    Data

Pull together campaign, website, CRM and sales data.

  2. 02

    Measurement

Set up GA4, GTM, pixels, Conversion APIs and offline conversions so the numbers can be trusted.

  3. 03

    Insight

Use AI to help analyse campaigns, audiences, creatives and the funnel.

  4. 04

    Automation

Automate reporting, audience creation, test workflows and routine recommendations.

  5. 05

    Acquisition

Run Google, Meta and other channels — plus WhatsApp journeys where they fit.

  6. 06

    Review

Look at CAC, ROAS, lead quality, conversion rate and retention together, and adjust.

Selected work

Some of the businesses I've worked with.

Names are kept confidential. Most of these involved setting up tracking, data and automation alongside the campaigns themselves.

International · UAE

A fragrance brand in Dubai

Set up tracking, paid acquisition and campaign automation for a brand selling to customers in the UAE — a good reminder that the fundamentals travel, even when audiences and buying habits don't.

Market entry · India

An international skincare brand entering India

Helped plan the India launch and build the acquisition setup from scratch, adapting the approach for Indian customers and getting measurement in place before spending at scale.

Who I work with

Usually one of these.

Small D2C brands

You're spending on ads but aren't sure which campaigns are really driving sales, and there isn't time to manage everything manually.

Small & mid-sized businesses

Your marketing is spread across an agency, a freelancer and several tools, and you'd like one clear picture.

Lead-generation businesses

You get leads, but not always good ones. We connect your CRM back to the ad platforms so they learn what a good lead looks like.

Ways to work together

Audit

A short, fixed-scope review of your tracking, campaigns and data, with a prioritised list of what to fix first.

Setup

I set up the tracking, data connections, campaign structure and automations in your own accounts.

Ongoing support

Regular performance reviews, testing and advice — hands-on or as a sounding board for your team.

Not sure which fits? A short call usually makes it clear.

About me

A bit of background.

I've spent my career in growth and marketing roles at consumer-internet companies in India, after starting out in management consulting. I studied engineering at IIT Roorkee and business at IIM Calcutta.

Over time I've found that most marketing problems I see aren't about a single campaign — they come from tracking, data and tools not talking to each other. That's the part I enjoy fixing. AI in marketing is changing quickly, so I test tools on real accounts before recommending them, and I'm upfront about what they can and can't do.

Questions

A few things people ask.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. I've worked with a brand in the UAE and with an international brand entering India. I work remotely, communicate in English, and plan meetings around your time zone.

Is everything automated?

No — and I'd be wary of anyone who promises that. Reporting, analysis and routine tasks can be automated. Strategy, budgets and creative decisions should stay with people.

Do I need a big ad budget?

No. The setup is most useful when a team is small and can't afford to waste spend or time. We'll size the work to where your business is today.

Who owns the setup?

You do. Everything is built in your own ad, analytics and CRM accounts, and stays with you.
